We often focus on the cost of hearing aids which is important and one reason we are upfront with our hearing aids prices.

The individual care of your hearing aid provider is probably the single most important factor.
In our opinion getting the right care and follow-up is important because you will use the hearing aids for 5-7 years on average.

Often after the initial consultation and fitting you would receive a follow-up at least every year.
Now if you are not happy with the provider that is a long time to be involved.
Many people just don't bother after a bad experience.

"I really liked xxx but when I booked for my follow up I was informed the company had changed hands and xxx was not available anymore"

Under our referral system providers are monitored for the quality of service they provide.

One of the problems is people not listening to what you want.
For example you may have a budget for a hearing aid and need to know which hearing aid brand is the best value for that budget.
Our providers will recommend the brand they think will give the best results not a limited list based on corporate directives.
